Chiropractic Physician

Dr. MacDonald is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and holds a BS in Life Sciences from Logan University. As well as being a licensed chiropractic physician, Dr. MacDonald is certified in physiotherapy by the State of Arizona. He is also a certified full body Active Release Technique (ART) provider. He has used the technique to treat a wide variety of patients, from professional athletes to those suffering from the aches and pains of daily activities. Dr. MacDonald maintains a strong personal interest in health and fitness and has a background in personal training and nutritional advisement.

Physical Therapist

Jim earned a Masters Degree in physical therapy from Long Island University in New York, as well as a BS in the health sciences while on an academic scholarship. As a physical therapist for the past 15 years, he has worked in a variety of hospital and orthopedic settings while fostering team approaches and promoting staff development. For the last 8 years Jim has been a private practitioner. He and his family have recently relocated from New York and enjoy living in the Phoenix area.

John graduated from Ithaca College with both a BS and MS degree in Physical Therapy. John is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and a Certified Manual Therapist through Hands-On Seminars in New York. He has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2004 with a concentration in sports medicine, neurologic care, post-operative rehabilitation and persistent pain resulting from car accidents and work-related injuries. John is originally from Pennsylvania and uses his experience as a former college basketball player to help return both athletes and weekend-warriors to competition!

Ann earned her BS in physical therapy from the University of Maryland. She did her graduate work at Johns Hopkins University in the area of severe and profound disabilities. Having practiced for 32 years, Ann has extensive experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. She has been practicing in Arizona since 2003, and is known for her advocacy work on behalf of clients with special needs.

Frank, a part owner of Continuum Advanced Healthcare, is a longtime resident of Phoenix. A former player and head-coach for the Phoenix Suns, Frank is intimately familiar with the importance of rehabilitative services toward achieving the highest quality of life. After graduating from Wake Forest, Frank’s NBA career included extensive front-office experience which, coupled with his natural competitiveness, has resulted in a keen business acumen that he applies to the goal of providing our patients with the best possible care.
